These terms apply when you use rlkonsult.com, try or buy STRAP™ or STRAP LT, use our cloud hosting, or buy our services. Please read them with our STRAP Licence Agreement, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Who we are

RLKonsult ("we", "us") is a management consulting firm based in Cairo, Egypt, and the maker of STRAP™. You can reach us at info@rlkonsult.com or +20 100 066 9200.

2. Using this website

The content of this website is for general information. You may read and share it, but you may not copy it for commercial use, misuse the forms, or try to break or overload the website. Links to other websites are for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

3. Free trial

STRAP and STRAP LT can be tried free for 3 days with up to 3 users, with no payment and no card. The trial carries no obligation. When it ends, STRAP stops accepting changes until a licence is installed; your data stays as it was.

4. Prices and quotes

  • Our prices are shown on the Pricing page in US dollars. Amounts in Egyptian pounds are calculated at the Central Bank of Egypt rate of the day.
  • A written quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Prices may change, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
  • STRAP (for teams) is sold for a minimum of 5 users.

5. Payment

To buy, contact us. We send you a quotation and an invoice; the invoice shows the amount, the due date and how to pay.

Your licence or service starts once your payment is received, usually within 48 hours. Payments are not refundable, except a payment made twice or by mistake, or a licence we could not deliver (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

6. Licence and subscription

  • Licence fee: paid once, at the start. It gives you the right to use STRAP under the STRAP Licence Agreement.
  • Subscription: paid per user for 1, 2 or 3 years at a time. It includes updates, maintenance and support while it is active.
  • Users: you may add users at any time; added users pay the subscription for the rest of the current period. If a user leaves or is removed, the place stays open for a replacement until the subscription ends.
  • Renewal: subscriptions are never renewed or charged without your payment. If you do not renew, STRAP becomes read-only: you can still see and export your data, but not change it.

7. Cloud hosting

  • We run your STRAP on our server at your own secure web address (for example yourcompany.rlkonsult.com), with daily backups.
  • We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted. We may stop it briefly for updates and maintenance, if possible outside working hours.
  • Your data stays yours. When your hosting ends, you can ask for a full copy of your data. We delete it within 90 days after the end, or sooner if you ask.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your passwords safe and do not share accounts.
  • Use STRAP only within your licence: the number of users and the computer or address it was issued for. Do not resell, share or copy licences.
  • You are responsible for the data you enter in STRAP, for having the right to use it, and for keeping your own backups when STRAP runs on your computer.

9. AI suggestions

STRAP can suggest analyses and wording with AI. These suggestions are hypotheses for people to check. They are not professional, financial or legal advice.

10. Intellectual property

STRAP™, this website, our logos, videos, templates and materials belong to RLKonsult. STRAP™ is a trademark of RLKonsult. Buying a licence gives you the right to use the software, not ownership of it.

11. Warranty and liability

STRAP is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, revenue, data or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for STRAP in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a licence or hosting service if payment is not made, or if STRAP is used against these terms or the law. Where possible, we tell you first and give you time to fix the problem. You may stop using our services at any time, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Consulting and training services

Consulting work and paid training are delivered as set out in the signed proposal. If a signed proposal or contract says something different from these terms, the signed document applies.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We will always try to settle a disagreement with you directly first. If that is not possible, the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
