Delivery Policy

RLKonsult sells digital software and online services only. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery fees.

1. STRAP and STRAP LT licences

The software is downloaded from our STRAP page.
To buy, contact us. We send you a quotation and an invoice with the payment details.
Your licence is installed in your STRAP once your payment is received, usually within 48 hours.
Your invoice and licence details are sent to your e-mail address.

2. Cloud hosting

Your hosted STRAP is set up within 1 business day after your payment reaches our account. We send the web address and the sign-in details by e-mail.

3. Consulting services

Consulting work is delivered as agreed in the signed proposal (on site in Egypt or online), on the dates set out in that proposal.

4. If something does not arrive

If your licence is not active 48 hours after your payment, or you did not receive your receipt, write to info@rlkonsult.com or WhatsApp +20 100 066 9200 with your order number. We answer within 1 business day.
