How payment works

  • Licence: paid once, with the first purchase. It is not charged again when you renew or add users.
  • Subscription: paid in advance for a minimum of one year (12 months). It covers use of STRAP, updates and support.
  • Minimum users (STRAP): 5. For one person, choose STRAP LT.
  • Adding users (STRAP): pay only the subscription of the new users for the months left in your current year.
  • Removing a user: the paid place stays yours. Add a replacement at no cost until the subscription ends.
  • Pay for longer, pay less: paying 2 or 3 years of subscription in advance lowers its price (see the table below).
  • How to buy: contact us with the edition and the number of users you need. We send you a quotation and an invoice with the payment details.
  • Your licence: it is installed in your STRAP once your payment is received, usually within 48 hours. Your invoice is sent by e-mail.
  • Consulting services (What We Do) are quoted per project. Contact us for a proposal.
