Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data RLKonsult ("we") collects through rlkonsult.com, apps.rlkonsult.com and the STRAP™ software, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you send us: your name, e-mail, phone number, company and message when you use a contact form, request a demo or a quote, or write to us on WhatsApp.
- Purchase details: your name, company, e-mail, mobile number, what you bought and the amount paid.
- Licence details: the licence number, the number of users and a code that identifies the computer where STRAP is installed.
- Your STRAP data, only if you use our cloud hosting: the information your team enters in STRAP is stored on our server.
2. Payments
Payments are made as shown on our invoice. We receive only what is needed to match your payment to the invoice: the payer's name, the amount, the date and the invoice number. We never ask for your card number, PIN or online banking password.
3. How we use your data
- To answer your questions and send quotes.
- To issue, deliver and renew your licence, and to send receipts.
- To provide support and important notices about STRAP (for example updates or security).
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the business: our bank (to receive payments), our hosting provider (servers located in the European Union), and Microsoft (our e-mail). We may also share data when the law requires it.
Data stored outside Egypt. Our servers, including the cloud-hosted STRAP, are in the European Union, which has strict data protection laws. By using our forms, our cloud hosting or STRAP, you agree that your data is stored and processed there. If you prefer to keep all data in Egypt, STRAP can run on your own computer or server instead.
5. How long we keep it
Purchase and licence records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Messages are kept as long as needed to answer them. Cloud data is kept while your subscription is active and deleted within 90 days after it ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or send you a copy.
6. Security
Our websites use secure (HTTPS) connections. Passwords in STRAP are stored in encrypted (hashed) form, and access to our servers is restricted. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the competent authority as Egyptian law requires.
7. Cookies and browser storage
Our websites do not use advertising cookies. They store small settings in your own browser, such as your sound preference and the STRAP name you last typed on the Sign in page. STRAP uses a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to see a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop sending you messages. You can also withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect what was done before. Write to info@rlkonsult.com and we will answer within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
